Yako & Co aprons are made with quality leather and designed to last a lifetime. With simple and reduced maintenance, genuine leather itself is an environmentally responsible material. Use, reuse, use and reuse over and over!
With that in mind, Yako & Co has developed a carrying bag that can and should be used as a bread bag, after its initial purpose. Use, reuse, use and reuse once more! That is the purpose and our concern!
Start by applying a good leather soap to the areas that need cleaning.
Front of the apron: use a soft, gentle cloth.
Back of the apron: use a gentle brush.
Work in slow circular motions, letting the soap ease into the leather. Finish with a clean, dry towel to wipe away any excess. Allow it to dry naturally, never near direct heat.
Once dry, apply a quality leather wax to the straps to keep them clean, conditioned and supple.
