Returns and Refunds Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Under the applicable legislation, the customer has the right to withdraw from their purchase without providing any reason and without any penalty within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted, the item must:
- Show no signs of use;
- Be in perfect condition;
- Be returned with the original invoice;
- Include the original packaging intact;
- Include all accessories and any associated promotional items.
Yako & Co reserves the right to refuse returns whenever:
- The items show signs of improper use;
- There is damage resulting from inadequate packaging;
- The goods are damaged due to transport not arranged by Yako & Co;
- The above-mentioned conditions are not met.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Yako & Co will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.
The refund will include the amount paid for the product.
The refund will be made by bank transfer, upon receipt of the IBAN by email or included with the returned order.
The 14-day period starts from the date the goods are received at our facilities.
Return Costs
Return/collection costs are the responsibility of the consumer, except when the reason for return is attributable to Yako & Co.
For orders outside Mainland Portugal, collection costs may exceed the original shipping cost (additional fees may apply).
The customer will be informed in advance of the exact collection cost.
The exchange or refund will be refused whenever there is a breach of the conditions established in this policy.
Return Methods
Returns via Pickup Points
To return via a Pickup point, follow these steps:
- Properly pack the items in the original packaging together with the invoice;
- Deliver the box to the nearest Pickup point using the return labels provided with the order;

After the package is received at our warehouse:

- The refund of the item amount will be processed (collection cost deducted when applicable);
- The refund will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days;
If the items are damaged due to inadequate packaging, Yako & Co may refuse the refund.
Returns at the Yako & Co Warehouse
The customer may choose to return the items directly to our warehouse:

Procedure:
- Pack the items in the original packaging together with the invoice;
- Deliver the order to the warehouse.
After receipt and verification of the condition of the items, the refund will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days.

Yako & Co undertakes to fully comply with the legislation applicable to distance selling contracts.
