Shipping policy
When you place your order, we begin preparing your items as quickly as possible. The order preparation time is 24-72 hours.
Average Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Mainland Portugal, Madeira and Azores: 2 business days after shipment.
- Spain and Islands: 3 business days after shipment.
- Rest of Europe: 4 to 5 business days after shipment.
- International: 3 business days after shipment.
Who makes the deliveries?
We ship to Mainland Portugal, Azores and Madeira, Spain and Islands, and Europe with GLS.
International shipments are made with FEDEX.
Order Fulfillment
Occasionally, orders may not be shipped the next day due to stock issues, lack of order information, or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will be shipped the following Monday or the next business day.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Yako&Co is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided for orders placed in the store. If the address is filled out incorrectly, according to postal service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product.
Recipient Absent
Please ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. If no one is at the address to receive the order on any of the delivery attempts, the package will normally be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for resending the product.
